All are welcome to join this interfaith blessing and open mic sharing of our faith perspectives on climate justice.

As the COP26 climate talks begin in Glasgow, faith communities and individuals in Birmingham are invited to join us on 6th November to witness for climate justice. Thanks to Central England Quakers Climate Emergency Action for hosting us.

Those who are joining the faith block at the Birmingham March for the Climate earlier in the day, are welcome to walk up to the Priory Rooms together.  (Don’t worry if the march and rally finish a bit earlier than 3pm, we will still be able to go indoors and get a hot drink!)

Please wear a mask and maintain distancing whilst indoors. If you are able, please take a lateral flow test before attending, and do not join the event if you have a positive test result, or covid symptoms.

If joining a march is not your thing, you can meet us directly at the Priory Rooms.  Either way, please register to allow us to ensure social distancing in the venue, and plan for refreshments.

Register for the Interfaith Blessing & Open Mic

(No need to register for the march, simply turn up.)

Please note that the open-mic is for sharing our faith responses to the issue of climate justice, and not a general invitation to promote events or campaigns. Thank you for respecting this.

If there’s an event or campaign that you think Footsteps supporters might be interested in, let us know via email: hello@footstepsbcf.org.uk or social media: @FootstepsBCF and we’ll try to share it in other ways.
