Footsteps provides spaces where people can share faith perspectives on the environment and take ideas back into their own communities and places of worship.
Footsteps endeavours to involve young people in its work and activities, not least because young people will be the generation most affected by, but which has done least to cause, climate change.
People of faith want to get started on the journey to a low carbon future. There are obstacles to be overcome, but now help is at hand. Through Project 4F, we are working with partner organisations to give advice and help.
Many of Footsteps’ activities involve working through places of worship and faith communities in Birmingham to help achieve a just transition to a low carbon future and a sustainable world.
