What is Faith & Climate Action? Sharing Learning from Birmingham for Councils & Communities

Over the past two years, Muslim organisation Bahu Trust, interfaith group Footsteps, and climate charity Ashden, have been working together to support over 10 faith-inspired communities to lead on a range of climate and nature projects across Birmingham.

From a Gurdwara exploring energy saving measures and churches greening their local areas to Imam’s incorporating climate action into weekly congregations, community-led projects are testing innovative approaches to ensuring the co-benefits of climate action are opened up to hardly reached communities.

This launch event will be the first of 8 webinars over the next 12 months – check out upcoming webinars and recordings of past webinars to explore community engagement opportunities that exist between intersection of faith and climate.
