A team of four from Footsteps contributed to a ‘Love your place on the Planet’ town wide sustainability day held at Stourbridge Quaker meeting house on 22 September.
Friends of the Earth Stourbridge, Transition Stourbridge and other local churches were present as well as Stourbridge Quakers. As well as Footsteps, sessions were led by Friends of the Earth and an anti-fracking activist while children worked on three dimensional willow constructions. Everybody joined together to see the Small Footsteps video.
Plans are being made to continue working together on a town-wide basis next year, focusing on a ‘Plastic Free Stourbridge’ and including a Small Footsteps activity.
