Run by by our friends at Wildlife Trusts, the Environmental Leadership Programme 2 (ELP2) is free and here to help you connect with nature, build leadership skills, and make a real impact on climate and your community.
ELP2 is a free 9-month programme for 18–25s across the West Midlands, supporting young people to turn environmental care into real action through community projects, leadership development, and hands-on experience. It is dedicated to supporting young people from underrepresented and underserved communities to fulfil their potential, take on leadership roles, and gain meaningful employment in the green sector.
