Eco-Action Projects
Our Eco-Action Projects help build the capacity of faith groups to lead, advocate for and engage in, community-led climate action in Birmingham. They are central to the Birmingham Faith Climate Action Partnership.
We support a wide range of new eco-action initiatives, including those related to saving energy, green skills, accessing parks and open spaces, food and healthy eating and sustainable transport. In this video, our project leaders and participants share in their own words how the Eco-action projects are making a difference.
Eco-action projects should, ideally, have a clear link with faith values and teachings. Projects that empower local communities and involve young people, women or minority groups are particularly welcome.
