DESCRIPTION:We’re delighted to invite you to the launch of our new Birmin
 gham Faiths for Eco Action (BIFCAP) Webinar Series - bringing together cou
 ncils\, communities and faith organisations to explore how we can work tog
 ether to respond to the climate crisis.\nWhat is Faith &amp\; Climate Acti
 on? Sharing Learning from Birmingham for Councils &amp\; Communities\nOver
  the past two years\, Muslim organisation Bahu Trust\, interfaith group Fo
 otsteps\, and climate charity Ashden\, have been working together to suppo
 rt over 10 faith-inspired communities to lead on a range of climate and na
 ture projects across Birmingham.\n\nFrom a Gurdwara exploring energy savin
 g measures and churches greening their local areas to Imam’s incorporati
 ng climate action into weekly congregations\, community-led projects are t
 esting innovative approaches to ensuring the co-benefits of climate action
  are opened up to hardly reached communities.\n\nRegister\nThis new webina
 r series will:\n\n 	Share practical examples\, insights and learnings from
  community-led\, faith-inspired climate action for those based outside of 
 Birmingham\n 	Explore community engagement opportunities that exist betwee
 n intersection of faith and climate\n 	Highlight the unique role of interf
 aith collaboration\n 	Support councils and communities to work together mo
 re effectively\n\nThis launch event will be the first of 8 webinars over t
 he next 12 months and will set the scene for subsequent webinars exploring
